◆可在常溫下將廢舊輪胎，尤其是把全鋼絲子午線輪胎粉碎成40-120目的精細(xì)膠粉，并把輪胎中的鋼絲和尼龍纖維全部自動(dòng)分離并回收再利用。

◆生產(chǎn)線結(jié)構(gòu)相當(dāng)緊湊，設(shè)備占地面積小，生產(chǎn)工藝流程簡(jiǎn)單。

◆設(shè)備耗能低，投資性?xún)r(jià)比較高。

◆自動(dòng)化程度相當(dāng)高，生產(chǎn)線操作人員少。

◆裝機(jī)功率業(yè)界最低，萬(wàn)噸生產(chǎn)線總裝機(jī)功率僅811KW，大大降低設(shè)備營(yíng)運(yùn)電力成本，單位產(chǎn)品成本更低，增強(qiáng)橡膠粉產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

◆根據(jù)客戶(hù)不同需要生產(chǎn)線可配置成手動(dòng)控制和自動(dòng)控制兩種類(lèi)型。

◆整胎進(jìn)料，鋼絲分離更撤底，纖維分離效果更好，橡膠粉纖維含量小于1%，提升橡膠粉質(zhì)量，增強(qiáng)橡膠粉產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。

◆生產(chǎn)線最終出料可做成5-15目，15-30目顆粒，40-100目膠粉等規(guī)格，滿(mǎn)足不同客戶(hù)的需求。

◆中細(xì)碎機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)獨(dú)特，刀具使用壽命長(zhǎng)，大大提高設(shè)備工作效率，降低設(shè)備維護(hù)成本。

◆生產(chǎn)線人員配置情況：3000噸自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線5-7人，5000噸自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線6-8人，10000噸自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線8-10人（人員可根據(jù)生產(chǎn)線實(shí)際情況增減）

3、Features of machinery:

◆ Tight construction, fine layout, small space, 600sqm only for FCC 10,000, lower investment and operating cost.

◆ Low energy consuming, 811kW/hour only for 10,000 which is the lowest power cost in this industry.

◆Two types of handle control and automatic control by different customer

◆ The whole input tires, after the processing, steel are completely separated and fiber can be separated up to 99% or above. The finish product is high and competitive in the market

◆.The finished line output size can be made into 5-15 mesh ,15-30 mesh grains, 40-100 mesh powder and other specifications

◆ Unique design, high output and long lifetime blade characterize secondary shredder and fine rubber shredder, which can improve the working efficiency and lower equipment maintenance cost.

◆In line have dust remover ,equipment running pollution-free, no fine dust, no fiber fly in the shop, meeting the environmental requirement of the government. 

◆Have operation instruction , simple operation.

◆5-7people required for FCC3000 with automatic control system, 6-8people required for FCC5000 with automatic control system,

8-10people required for FCC10000 with automatic control system(May be based on truth add/reduce people)
