全自動(dòng)開(kāi)盒入料封盒一體包裝機(jī)

用途：流程中自動(dòng)完成開(kāi)盒、裝料、折耳、封盒。

主要特點(diǎn)：

本機(jī)是集開(kāi)盒、裝料、折耳、插盒一體機(jī),適用于多品種，多規(guī)格的紙盒包裝，配有三菱PLC微電腦控制、自動(dòng)報(bào)警、故障提示、具有人機(jī)界面控制、操作簡(jiǎn)單、維護(hù)方便等特點(diǎn)，封盒系統(tǒng)具有自動(dòng)開(kāi)盒、進(jìn)料、折耳、封盒等功能、無(wú)須人手，整機(jī)架及接觸物料的部件全部采用**不銹鋼和鋁材，表面進(jìn)行了拋光處理，外形美觀大方，不污染環(huán)境。

開(kāi)箱機(jī)

用途：流程中自動(dòng)完成開(kāi)箱、成形、下底葉片折合粘膠帶。

裝箱機(jī)

用途：完成流程中自動(dòng)裝箱。

封箱折蓋機(jī)

用途：流程中自動(dòng)完成折蓋與封箱操作。

主要特點(diǎn)：

1、紙箱上前蓋靠船形板折彎，其他三個(gè)葉片氣動(dòng)折合，平穩(wěn)順暢，封箱作業(yè)一氣呵成，美觀省力，可配合自動(dòng)化包裝機(jī)械系列使用。

2、引進(jìn)新型貼帶器，不用鼓風(fēng)機(jī)吹挺膠帶，利用壓片裝置，使膠帶挺立不彎下而造成不能粘貼。

3、左右皮帶傳動(dòng)（3240＊80加導(dǎo)條），主傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)使用特殊培林座高精密、低噪音，增加皮帶使用壽命。

4、采用梯形絲桿同步調(diào)節(jié)寬窄高低，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)可靠。

5、紙箱兩端封箱膠帶折角長(zhǎng)度60~65mm、可定制80mm、100mm。
