泡綿壓形機(jī)主要用于泡綿凹凸花紋加工，　根據(jù)波紋大小，　可分為大波、中波、小波，　適合泡綿家私制造及生活用品加工，　操作方便易學(xué)、用途較廣。　

This machine mainly cuts the foam into concave and convex shape It’s could be divide into large wavemedium wave and small wave according to its wave. And it is suitable for mattress and article for daily use. It’s convenient and easy to learn and has a comprehensive usage.

Constructions of the machine

本機(jī)由機(jī)架、工作臺(tái)、壓花輥滑座、上下壓花輥、刀帶漲緊調(diào)整部件、刀輪、磨刀部件、外罩等部分組成?！?/p>

1.              機(jī)架主體主要由型材（國際槽鋼）焊接組合而成，　兩刀輪面需安裝定位在同一平面上，　調(diào)試好后位置不得變動(dòng)。　

2.              通過上下移動(dòng)壓花輥控制切綿厚度，　海綿隨上下壓花輥旋轉(zhuǎn)卷進(jìn)壓花，同時(shí)并通過高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)刀帶切割海綿，　完成上下兩塊花紋形狀加工?！∩舷聣夯ㄝ侂x刀口距離一樣才能保證上下花形狀厚度一致?！?/p>

3.              用本公司所配“Ｆ”型扳手，　左右旋轉(zhuǎn)右下方漲緊手輪可漲緊或松開刀帶。關(guān)掉電源待刀輪和刀帶完全停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方可拆換刀帶，　換刀帶時(shí)應(yīng)戴手套以防割傷手?！?/p>

4.              刀帶上下兩邊各有磨刀砂輪一個(gè)，　砂輪端面與刀帶大致成15°角，　砂輪由120Ｗ電機(jī)帶動(dòng)，　中等密度海綿一般每10分鐘磨刀一次，　具體磨刀時(shí)間依海綿密度大小有所不同?！?/p>

5.              刀帶刀口一般露出刀盒3mm，　刀口露出多少可由刀盒上的頂?shù)镀M(jìn)行前后調(diào)整　

6.              旋轉(zhuǎn)工作臺(tái)下面手輪可調(diào)整工作臺(tái)上下高度，　調(diào)好工作臺(tái)后應(yīng)鎖緊兩邊圓齒條上螺栓以防上下滑動(dòng)?！?/p>

This machine consisted with machine-frameworktable、slide carriage of knurl rollhe top and bottom knurl rollension adjustment parts of bladeblade wheel grinding device and outer cover.

1.      The machine-frame is jointed by the international channel steel. The two blade wheel should be installed in the same plane. The situation should not be change after debugged.

2.      Adjust the cutting thickness by moving the knurl roll up and down. The foam will be press into concave and convex along with the top and bottom knurl roll. Meanwhile, the foam will be cut by the running blade in high speed. So the process for two patterned foam were completed. only if the distance between blade and the top and bottom knurl roll is the same, will the thickness of the foams which have been cut are the same.

3.      We offer you a detent of F shape. Turn the bottom-right tension wheel to lift and right and the blade will be tighten and loosen. only if the power was turn off and the wheel and the blade was completely stopped could you dismantle or change the blade. Please wear gloves when changing blade to avoid being cut.

4.      There is a blade grinder in both side of the blade. The angle between blade grinder and the blade is about 15°.The motor power of blade grinder is 120W. Grind the blade 10 minutes a time for the foam in medium thickness. And the exact grinding time is vary from the thickness of the cutting foam.

5.      There shall be3mmedge bare from the blade clamp.
